Financial Aid forms and deadlines are right around the corner!

You can send in the form beginning January 1, but it's great to get started on the process now for the fall. The priority processing date at WSU is March 1. Students who miss the March 1 date are encouraged to file a FAFSA at the earliest possible date after March 1.

Now is a good time to visit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid, commonly called FAFSA, website: it's the best place to get good advice about the financial aid process. You can start by reading the section "Before Beginning a FAFSA" on the far left of the page.

Scholarships are another great way to help pay for college expenses. Ten Tips for Scholarships will help you navigate the process and give you places to start looking!
